Attorney James Lowe, MD, JD is a rare ‘doctor-lawyer’

During his decades of medical practice, Dr. Lowe gained extensive courtroom experience while testifying on behalf of his patients and other injured parties. He also has worked extensively as a legal expert, assisting attorneys in hundreds of medical-legal matters over the course of the last 30 years. After graduating with highest honors from law school in 2020, Dr. Lowe became a member of the PA Bar in 2021, and started practicing law in 2023. He now focuses his professional work exclusively on the legal representation of clients injured by medical malpractice of all types.

Dr. Lowe was the former Chief of Neurosurgery & Spine Surgery and Chairman of the Spinal Cord Injury Program at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in NJ.
